Mel,
  Did you get this working yet?  You simply map an MPE device to a TCP
  in SpoolMate Arranger.  This is discussed in the beginning of the
  SpoolMate User Guide (somewhere around p. 30).  If you haven't gotten
  it working yet, let me know and we'll discuss it on the phone.
