Check the version of DBGENRL you're using.  We encountered a problem
performing a capacity change, and evidently there is a bug when
manipulating a database which has a single B-tree.  I'd have to check my
records for the older release version, but the updated release (we're
presently on 7.03.06) does not have that problem.
There may be some residual inconsistency in the root file as a result - I
used Adager to expand the necessary masters, and it found and corrected an
inconsistency.
