when executing 'gzip', I am unable to pass parameters on the command
line to gzip or mover.

error messages are 'no such file ord directory' or
                             'expected a comma or semicolon'

I have tried "gzip (filename) "
                 "gzip (parameter) (filename)"
                 "run gzip;info=' -t filanme)"

does anyone now the syntax that works to compress a file
using this 'gzip' ?
