Didn't lose it.  Trying to Install it.  First tape didn't have it.  2nd tape
we had trouble reading it.  When I did get it to install, still no disk/iX.

If your system had Mirror/iX installed originally, then the product
Mirror/iX will be on the factory pre-load tape.  Otherwise it would be
included on a PROD/Subsys tape.  It would not be on an UPDATE.
