Hi Greg,
um.... I use one of the many "God Bit" programs so it wouldn't be a prob
hehehe

As for the point of everyone knowing the passwords vanishing....My boss and
I have talked about that...we keep them sealed in an envelope in the software
safe! The combination to this safe is kept with the other business documents.

     We plan ahead...Just in case!

Our liaison from our data center asked why I need MANAGER.SYS access
(their mid-range support are the only other people who can sign on as
such; they are in another state with our 3Ks; I am the only other such
user). Installing software and patches or handling backups is a
non-issue. Other than them all going out to lunch in the same car, and
getting hit by a bus, and me being the only one left alive who knows the
password. Since one of them is subscribed (hi there), let me apologize
for so unpleasant an example.

While I am coming up with a small number things that I could not do or
could only do with great difficulty with only AM ids, I would appreciate
some feedback from the list. What could you not do that you need to do
where you no longer able to sign on as manager.sys?
