Tracy, try "SnagIt" at www.techsmith.com. Does just about everything
you can imagine in capturing a windows screen image.

        Subject: Reflections Screen Shots

Does anyone out there know of a way to capture a Reflection
screen into a
bitmap or a printout. (Complete with function keys and
highlighted
        fields.)

The intent here is to develop educational training documents.
(I
remember in the old days one of the ways you could do it is with
an
        HP2622 or HP150B with a thermal printer.)
