Just in case anybody else is wondering today, my XNTP/iX time synch software
(http://www.cccd.edu/~markb/xntpix.html) does *NOT* change your timezone back
to Standard Time.

If you run xntp on Unix or Windows, the change back to Standard Time is
automatic because it's the OS that does the change. Xntp never changes your
timezone on any platform.

Because MPE lacks automatic Daylight/Standard change support, you must either
manually adjust your timezone using :SETCLOCK TIMEZONE=, or reboot your
machine to generate the new ISL (UTC) vs. MPE (local) timezone offset.
