I have heard of a few grumbling's out here in 3000-l land about
problems seen where a router goes down and recovers, but the 3000
Transport marks the gateway down and does not recover it. It can be
manually restarted in Nettool as a workaround.

This is now fixed on 5.5 in NSTFDC6 BETA TEST patch and to be fixed
in an upcoming 6.0 patch.

If you are interested in this fix, as always contact your friends at
the HP-Response Center and request the fix for SR 5003-402107 Beta
Test patch NSTFDC6 for MPE/iX 5.5.
