Hello Friends,
I am grateful to see the semblance of civility championed by Jim
Byrne. However, I am also swearing off -- not at -- OT posts of any
kind. And to be too much of a stickler, this Civil Discourse post
which encourages moderation is strictly an OT. I just watched
somebody jump in less than 90 minutes later with a one-line "oh yeah?
Says you!" -- and that's just the kind of stuff I'm trying to filter
without using the delete key.
I had something to say about this hijack of the 3000-L's purpose up
on the 3000 NewsWire blog yesterday. If you're interested, go read it.

Perhaps it will make a difference, perhaps not. Yes, we can hope.
Best wishes for 3000-related discourse here, in a time when your
community needs to share instead of shear,
--
