     I am trying to break my users habits of using DSLINE/DSCOPY to transfer
files between HP3000(s) but I don't want to kill the ability completely.
 Does anybody know of a configuration parameter I can set that will cause
the DSCOPY to function very very slow.  Perhaps a packet size, process
queue, or something?
