I'm having a fit trying to get our QDD dictionary compiled into
PDL format.  While I'm waiting for a call back from Cognos,
which will come after I've left for an appointment, I thought I
would whimper on the list.

This job:  umm...where's my paster?  ahh there it is..

I don't get it.  The first line in the input file QSHOGEN is CREATE
DICTIONARY PDLMAC.
