Lars, you will need to get a proper backup for your NT. Download a copy of
Hiback NT at www.hicomp.com. You can backup to a disk file or, if you also
download the HP3000 listener, you can backup directly to your HP 3000 tape
drives or to a file in a group and account of your choosing.
Kind regards,
Denys. . .

Sad to hear about the laptop "disaster" but glad that you did recover.

Thanks for the pats. Feels great ;-)
By the way, a question regarding PC backup to disc (e.g. server share):
On my Windows 3.x OmniBook (oops, no plug intended) I have been using the
Windows backup program to write to a disc file. On my NT 4.0 PC I have not
been able to find such an option so far. Am I looking in the wrong place
or do I need some 3rd party software for NT backup to disc (Samba share)?
Lars (yes, I'm really far from being a PC guru ;-)
