Ah, this reminds me of the time I was in Dublin Ireland. I entered a door
of a building I thought was a bank. Realizing it wasn't I started walking
down different hallways and eventually ended up in some parliamentary side
room. In this room was a scepter with inlaid gold decorations. The scepter
was approx. 5 feet in length and was inside a glass display case. There was
no one else around so I took the opportunity to take several pictures of it.
I then casually walked back out the way I came. I never saw anyone else
while on my excursion.
To this day I don't know what building I ended up in. Most of these
buildings in downtown Dublin are inter connected via hallways so you could
start out in one building and end up in another, on a different street.
I do remember the building I started in was on O'Connell street just across
the street from Trinity College where I ended up is another question.

Hi David :)
Actually, the author of the paper did list that method... also that
of obtaining use of the finger (hehehe) under duress (ie at gunpoint)...
This article does show something that a lot of people are
overlooking... and this is that with a little experimentation a lot of
security measures can be circumvented using household stuff or things
legally obtainable in any metro area!
How many Data Centers can be walked into without notice?
How many corporate headquarters can be wandered into without being
questioned?
Just recently I popped into a building to see a friend.... and all I
had to do to get past the card key system was walk in behind a person
who had a card key!!!!!

And the most direct method, for those really serious "operators", would
be
to merely remove the finger from the authorized individual.
