Cognos' PowerHouse

Several years ago, I wrote some Cobol routines that used the Soundex 6 and 8
character algorithms. It's not hard to do, and perhaps I can dig them out. I
also coded up some routines that used a comparable New York State algorithm that
apparently was better in cases where there was a significant population with
Hispanic last names.
