When you also attempt to deinstall, you need the Omnidex "Root File" (dbname0A) before you can proceed.  The Root file "dbname" has a flag set internally that indicates that the database has been enabled for TPI.  When the db is opened this flag is checked and if enabled then the TPI code also opens the Omnidex root file on your behalf.  Just remember to add the restore of the dbname0A file when you restore a partial db.  This will make you life a little easier.
