I am new in HP3K environment. The big problem we have is also printing. We
have some 150 users and 3 FT operators. The have a list of  daily, weekly
and monthly list of jobs that the run and produce tones of reports to wheel
out to users everyday. The reports are in BRW and often they must enters
parameters before printing these reports.

Are users able to run their own reports? if yes how have you achieved this?

350-400
