yes -- there is :-) the number is sr5003351056. the information i got from the
response center is -- this sr is *not* getting much attention. if folks (and mark
bixby was mentioned in particular :-) would call in asking for callci to be fixed
that the visibility would be raised (same ol' story...). i believe the rc
engineer said something about readx breaking as of 5.5? as in it used to work and
doesn't anymore.... make any sense?
