While using HP's Online Support Contract Assistant web site, a little dialog
box popped up on the top half of my screen and someone by the name of Joel
introduced himself and stated he was here to help with any questions or
problems I might have while on the web site. As luck would have it I had a
question regarding a change I made to our support contract last month but
did not see it listed on my new agreement.

Thinking I would save myself a phone call and probably some aggravation
while put on hold until I reached the right person, I fired off a quick
little note in the interactive message box and lo and behold, Joel responded
back within seconds and worked with me until I was happy with my answer.

Kudos to HP.

I would be more than satisfied with dealing with online support for any
company if it was as simple (painless) and quick as my experience today
turned out to be.
