can't remember how to do this!  ioconfig listclass leads me to think I
had devclass DISTSERV pointing to ldev 900 (once used by MS NetPrint); I
want to make that devclass work as ldev 23.  but DISTSERV seems to be
lost...

How please do I create the devclass and point it at ldev 23?  The
npconfig line's already in place:
