I assume he turned on the ENFORCE LOGON UDCS option in SYSGEN.  This reminds
me of an excellent piece of advice for those who wish to use this feature:
Have another configuration saved on you system that omits this setting.
That way, when you make a colossal mistake like the one shown above, you can
simply reboot with the GROUP option rather than reloading.
