Hello There,



Could you, please, tell me how I can write the file command to run REFORMAT.PUB.SYS, because the manual  HP Data Entry and Forms Management System (VPLUS) Reference Manual >  Chapter 5. Reformatting Specifications.

Is telling:

the following commands are needed to run REFORMAT:



:FILE REFENTITY =REF1
:FILE BATCH=BAT1
:FILE OUTENTITY =OUT1
:RUN REFORMAT.PUB.SYS



But, “REFENTITY” and “OUTENTITY” have 9 characters, and should be 8 or less.
