When it comes to something simple, (like forcing a Laserjet printout to go
landscape when it is set up for portrait), I've always used that little
$10 Thomas Glover's Pocket Ref to get escape codes.  However I use the
generic one printed in 1990 that also shows me tables so I can compute
Furlongs per Fortnight.  Since then they've come out with a computer only
Pocket Ref, I'm sure there's all the PCL codes you could want in there.
