More than dumb:  The Justice Dept sez MS-1 and MS-2 will
be a "better deal" for consumers...    yeah;  right:  "Save"
$10 on W2K (more likely it will go up ~$10);  while at the
same time (at least temporarily) wiping out several hundred
billion of consumer equity in MS stock....   but then of course
we are in the middle of the political silly season:  Dumb &
pander are in season;  and in full cry....
