Define efficient.

Initialize just generates a series of "moves" and like Hebrew National, it
leaves out the "filler". It's a waste of a perfectly good verb; you'll
never go wrong using "move", unless you should have used "compute" in the
first place.

In terms of Initialize (without the Replacing phrase) vs Move,
which is the more efficient ?
