I put the details in my original message to the HP3000-L but I must have
buried it so it was not obvious.

Send an email to    <[log in to unmask]> with the subject "subscribe"
without the quotes.

You will receive an email by return to say you are now subscribed.

Once subscribed you send email to the list at  <[log in to unmask]>.

Our best practices web site url is
www.interex.org/advocacy/mcgs/sigcobol/best.html.

We do not have much there yet but we have people working on it and looking
for sample code to add.
