Jamie,

You may have a little difficulty in 'converting' the PH 'on-line' help into
'WinHelp' format.  First of all I'd bet that Cognos would NOT agree to it and
second, as of PH version 8.19 Cognos has stopped delivering the 'on-line' help
files.  They are making it available ONLY on CD and the last time I checked they
did NOT even have the HP3000 version available.

Cognos is 'asking' us to use their VMS version CD for now.

For all who are interested I have sent a copy of the MPEX and Qedit help
files in WinHelp format to Paul Courry ([log in to unmask]).

Drop him an email and I'm sure he will pass these along.

If these are out of date then could someone send me the latest ones (in
Reflections labels format) and I'll convert them.

Also if there is enough interest I'll look at converting other QHELP
format files.   I may even write a parser for PowerHouse as well if I get
some spare time.
