What you want is the POSIX XNTP daemon, which was ported to MPE/iX by Mark
Bixby; here's where you can get it:

http://www.cccd.edu/~markb/xntpix.html

(It's also on the MPE FREEWARE tape, available from Interex; see
http://www.interex.org/sources/freeware.html -- the page is a little out of
date. As is now customary, a new version of the tape will be available
shortly after IPROF.)
