Thanks for the plug Joe!

While I don't want to deny anyone from the joys of our ODBCLink option to
DataExpress, I would be remiss if I did not point out that the driver must
match the client, the o/s is somewhat immaterial.
I am a long-time WinNT and Win95 user and I use both our 16bit and 32bit
drivers on my systems
(WinNT3.15 sp3 and Win95 sp1) depending upon the client. Microsoft Access
v2.0 (a 16bit app) works fine with our 16bit driver. Microsoft Access95 (a
32bit app) works fine with our 32bit driver. In fact, our configuration
utility only ships in 16bit format and it too runs fine on my 32 o/s's.

So, even if you are running a 32bit o/s, if you are trying to use a 16bit
client then you must use a 16bit driver. If HP's doesn't work, then there
is something wrong with your setup (or HP's driver having nothing to do with
16 vs 32 bits).

Anyone interested in our solution can call 1-800-ANSWERS or 1-613-448-2333
