Thanks for the informative reply. My apologies for not acknowledging (sp?) sooner but
I was away from my site for a while. A load of things to check out. I've been drifting away from the HP 3000 for awhile -
doing Oracle and Powerbuilder development on *other* platforms. But I still manage to fields calls and provide some support
for HP 3000 users and support programmers. I've been afraid that if I stayed with the HP 3000 that I'd be left out to pasture
with the dinosaurs. But my recent research leads me to believe that HP 3000 continues to be a great platform - and is keeping
right up with current trends.
But I still need to know why Allbase doesn't seem to be used by more shops? Anybody have any ideas?
