Bonnie,

If you are using Security 3000 you may be able to get the information that you need from the LOG20.DATA.VESOFT file. You can read it with the listlog entry point.

Its me again!

I visit http://www.denkor.com/hp3000/command_files/index.html but didn't
find
what I needed.
Found other stuff that I can use!!!

My mission is to copy the system log files to a flat file then manipulate
the
data just to see
specific sessions in a 24 hour period for a week.

I can use SYSDIAG, then logtool to access the system log file but I don't
know
how to copy them
to a flat file.

We already have something in place that reads the system log files but
create a
spoolfile instead. Perhaps, I can use that but then how do you create a
flat
file out of a spoolfile.

TIA
Bonnie
