Yes, If a tape was created on a 5.0 (maybe 4.5) system or later, taken to
a 4.0 system, restored with account=, later upgraded from 4.0 to later
releases... the files now are inaccessible... the owner name has either
the original account (before the account=), or was it nulls... anyway.
Known problem for about 4 years or more.  I don't remember the KPR#
