This article retells the familiar story of Bill and Dave naming the company
with a coin toss. It's a good thing Hewlett won, because if the company had
been Packard-Hewlett, their version of Unix would be PHUX, which is a name
you wouldn't pronounce in polite company! :)

Subject: Bill Hewlett Remembered
In this weeks Inforworld (1/22/2001) there is a fitting tribute to Bill
Hewlett
http://www.infoworld.com/articles/hn/xml/01/01/22/010122hnhewlett.xml
that concludes with these words:
"Throughout his life he remained, at heart, an engineer. An engineer in the
best sense of the word."
