Ed,

You should be able to accomplish your task by using the ALTPROC command with the
";JOB=" and ";PRI=CS" or ";PRI=DS" parameters.  Type HELP ALTPROC at the colon
prompt for further explanation and examples.  You can put this command in a job
that you schedule to run at the times of day you desire.  This command must be
executed by a logon that has OP or SM capability.
