now I'm a bit confused as well ...

In hpswinfo C/iX is marked with a * what normally means that the product
must be purchased ... on the other hand also Pascal/iX is marked but here
I'm sure that we're not paying for.

Somebody from hp should clearify this. In any way, sorry for the confusion
I probably caused.

Did I miss that somewhere along the way ??...  Seeing above triggers
vague memory of some discussion about this at HPW-00 or wherever
(I would be happy if you are correct)..  Our software support contract
still calls out C/iX P/N 31506A as a separate item in the list of software
we are paying for....  of course it wouldn't be the first time an item got
bundled but was not automatically removed from the "chargeable
items" list.....

Not a major deal, but even with 9.1 percent GSA discount we're still
(apparently) being asked to spend $568 per year to support C/iX....
