MPE III with UDC / TDP was big deal and one patch with sudden system
failure 17, it was worse than WINDOW crash on middle of GL tape to tape
updating...
when they start using SDLC(?) with using multi drop termainal network...
(programs was porting from IBM 370 and cut the size to fit to run).

I agree, I belive PCI card use different IRQ than ISA IRQ
