Amen! Leave the graphics to marketing/sales sites. Sites for support
should be content rich, fast and easy to plow through. Not slick,
content thin and slow as molasses. Leave the 'look what I can do'
to the Intranet at HP and give us a more reliable and content centric
site for support.
