How to add USER.ACCT access to an existing Session ID?

It's been 20 years since I've used Secure3000

Example:

The user already logs on as HELLO JOHND,USER1.ACCT, Now I want to give 
JOHND access to USER2.ACCT

Not ADD USER, NOT change PROFILE, no clue.

Any hint much appreciated, I've been reading the secure con help for a 
while, no clue.
