Guess I should at least step-in briefly and also confirm
what has been said by the others....

<plug-on>
DBGeneral validates the rootfile version information in addition
to the feature-flags to ensure that it understands the features
that may be used in a particular database. If these indicators
do not match what the executing version of DBGeneral was designed
to handle, it provides a message indicating that the IMAGE version
is not supported. The times customers receive this condition is
when they've enabled a new feature via DBUTIL and have forgotten
to install the latest release of DBG.
</plug>

As always, I recommend users contact their database tool provider
to ensure that the product version they are using supports the
IMAGE features they are preparing to implement. And then, even
when the user has done this, it is good to continually stay in
touch, as software defects do occur in this complex world despite
everything that is done to reduce the risk of them existing.
Many times a vendor will have a more current release that addresses
the defect which will prevent a user from encountering potential
problems.
