The new site comment is due to the fact that his previous ISP(s) have dumped
him for spam abuse. This fellow has populated every newsgroup with this
material. I have no idea what he's selling, but he's finding that his old
posts go out of date fairly quickly :-).

More interesting, of course, is his return address. He apparently doesn't
much like spam either.
