I was asked to handle this.  As you know, the top brass isn't too
interested in your problems.

What's the business case for this?

At the present, we've decided to "sell into our installed base",
so we are not actively soliciting new customers.

Additionally, as you should know, it was a lot harder for our
sales reps (when we had some) to sell the benefits of Heaven
over the industry standard features of our competitors.

Remember, your task is to keep our current customers tithing.
