We are looking for a way to load soft fonts from Mpe/iX 5.0 to a network
laser printer.
Presently we download the soft font from a pc. However if the font is lost
due to a power off or other error the printing goes on until the loss is
noticed.
This problem has become more apparent due to an increased use of newer lasers
that don't have flash simms or hard discs for loading soft fonts.
We would like to send the soft fonts before each file that will need them. HP
Response Center was contacted with the question "How to load soft fonts from
Mpe/iX to a network laser?" and their response is -they don't have a way to
do it.

  thanks in advance for help,
