Okay you people!!!  I am really getting hungry, so is there a "How To" book
on bar-b-q that I can buy?  I mean a really good one on the nitty gritty of
bbq.

If you're in Minnesota, you could also go to Famous Dave's and see how NOT
to barbecue.  :-)  The ribs are overdone and too dry in my opinion.  I think
their cooking temperature is too high, they try to do it too quickly and you
just can't rush barbecue.  You need the heat, smoke, rub and time all in
their proper quantities.

Amen. One reason I could handle moving from Houston to southern Minnesota is
a guy here from Tennessee who runs a barbecue stand. He sells more grilled
bratwurst than anything else, but his smoked beef...!
