I think some code would help tremendously. However, it isn't clear how
you're re-activating the parent. To the best of my knowledge a parent
process that suspends itself while a child runs, either using item 10 of
CREATEPROCESS or an explicit SUSPEND(2) call, is not magically activated
by the system if the child terminates; the child needs to call
ACTIVATE(0) before it terminates.
