Eariler this week I asked a question about how I could send a msg to
someone if something did or did not work on our HP3000 system. I had
two people mention to me a program called Digipage. With a great deal of
appreciative help from Jim Alton, I now have the program. However,
when I try to run the program this is the result...
------------
:RUN DIGI;INFO="267-2491 5 999";PARM=1

DigiPage (4/23/93) - Contact digital pager and display a code.

Blind dialing mode.

Configuration in effect
       Modem Speed    : 2400 baud
       Modem Ldev     : 101
       Modem Setup    : ATV0E0S0=0s7=0
       Dial Command   : ATDT 9,
       Global RIN #   : 8

--- Setting up modem port...(ldev 101 OK).
--- Setting up modem...Done.
    -> Target Pager : 267-2491
    -> Delay Factor : 5
    -> Display Code : 999
--- Calling Pager - Standby...Blind dialing - cannot determine call status.
--- Resetting Modem and Modem Port.

Exiting DigiPage...

END OF PROGRAM
-------------
If I use parm=0 (which is the default), then I get this result...
--------------

       Modem Ldev     : 101
       Modem Setup    : ATV0E0S0=0s7=0
       Dial Command   : ATDT 9,
       Global RIN #   : 8

--- Setting up modem port...(ldev 101 OK).
--- Setting up modem...Attempt # 3 failed - terminating.
