Too bad I'm so lousy with names. I spoke with a gentleman who was working
on just such a project. Back around 1990 or 1991 this fellow was working
with SCS Engineering in Reston, VA. I believe that he was also involved
with the development of FastTran. Maybe someone out there knows who I'm
talking about.
