Absolutely - I can't agree more...but...

One thing I found with my testing with Samba/iX --- Windows NT Server
will announce an election value of 32.  Windows 95 announce a value
of 1 or 2 (depending on the build).  In a normal configuration,
unless this value is modified on the Win95 workstation, NT Server
will win all elections - again, in the normal, vanilla, WinNT
network.  I have seen situations where the value is changed, and the
server starts yielding to the workstations - which should not be.
