the boston convention was when hp announced they were going to unbundle image
(oh the heresy!).  to this day, imo, we're still dealing with the harm that rick
cevick did to mpe.  it was him and longs' cio that got into it over buying some
mpe equipment....and we all know what's happening to mpe at longs
