the predictive support software changes were described.
New JCL in a file called
JPSMON.PRED.SYS
was provided.  I've looked at the copy of this JCL on my 6.5 system.  I see
the user ID
in the JOBCARD is:
PREDMON.SYS
but this user ID doesn't exist on my system.

The documentation also provides this command to see if the job is running:
SHOWJOB JOB=PSMON,MANAGER.SYS
But this is looking for the job with the MANAGER.SYS ID.
