John exhorts the faithful:
===================================================
With SIG MPE at HPWorld 2003 only 7 days away, I thought I'd
try one more time to promote attendance at the last SIG MPE
meeting before end of sales for the HP e3000.
We've got a very full program planned with a number of guest
speakers and many important decisions to make.
Join me (please!) and my co-Chair, Donna Garverick on
Wednesday, August 13 at 2:50 PM in room C102.
=================================================
IF I was going to be in 'lanta, this would be another "must
make" session... In addition to John's above, note that
SIGMPE meets the afternoon before the "HP e3000 Customer
Needs Panel" on 14 August. So SIGMPE is the ideal session
at which to reach a final consensus on high-pri items to
press HP with the next day.
SIDEBAR: The "replies" and "views" stats on the Interex
HPW-2003 Roundtables Bulletin board are mildly interesting:
No new formal replies, but:
52 views of "HP e3000 Customer needs panel".
06 views of "new line of HP calculators".
40 views of "mpe firmware" by donna.
53 views total; of the 3 issues posted by me.
No posts to any other panel threads started by "admin".
HP-UX system management at bottom of the heap with 4 views.

; if anybody cares to up any of those counters...
