Same as it was on November 13th.  If you have a personal need to run an OSS
package on MPE, then porting it has value to you.

If there is even one other person besides yourself interested in the same
OSS package, then sharing your port has value to others.

The future makes porting OSS to MPE more important or less important
depending on the road taken.

If you are going to fill a closet full of PA-RISC e3000 boxes with the
intent of running this hardware beyond 2006, then porting OSS will be very
important as it will likely be the easiest way to get new leading-edge
functionality onto the machine.

But if you are running an emulated OpenMPE on top of Linux, there's really
not too much point in porting stuff to MPE when you can run it natively on
Linux.
